Found my motivation again thanks to some help…

After many injuries I’m back at it, now more than ever I know I’ll reach my goal

I think dealing with all those injuries and everything had just made me want to reach my goal even more!

I did reach out and get help tho, I have found an amazing trainer and one of my friends suggested we do the buddy system, we work out together, that way if one of us wants to bail she won’t because she’s accountable to the other one.

Rotator cuff injuries & Hip tendonitis…

Just got back from the Doctor’s where he told me my shoulder pain was from a rotator cuff injury that I just keep aggravating and a hip tendonitis or something.

He also told me I need to start seeing a physiotherapist. So my new plan is to read up as much as I can on treatment and prevention of these, go to physio and get back on it!

I am not letting this discourage me, it’s only a set back, I am keeping my new healthy lifestyle forever!

looks like I have to wait a bit for crossfit but in the mean time I can read up/watch videos and learn as much as I can about it so that I can hit the ground running!

No walking or Running until I see the doctor…

I am nervous about tomorrow doctor’s apt but at the same time exited to know what is going on. I’ve been having some some severe hip pains lately, they even wake me up in the middle of the night and there doesn’t seem to be a way that I can move to make the pain go away.

I am hoping that it’s only some stupid thing I’m doing wrong and that I can fix this by doing some sort of stretches or muscle strengthening or whatever.

… I am not even sure if the pain is coming from the bone or some small muscles right by it, I need to be able to move again, It’s bringing my motivation down, I was so happy running…. I just want to be able to do it again.

hahaha I bought a salad last night to make sure I wouldn’t fall prey to the delicious hotel restaurant food, miam
so guess who forgot go bring a fork and will be eating the salad w/ chop sticks! At least we has sushi last night so I had something
also look at all the cheese I took off, that’s more than 1/2 a cup… who eats this much cheese on a salad?
